Standard flash player crash and install problems

Question

basically my flash player started crashing a few weeks ago,its now at the point where nothing flash based will work at all.

the problem is any time i try and reinstall the installer crashes before it even opens properly.

i have tried to uninstall and reinstall an older version but this keeps telling me i have something that is conflicting with flash and cant finish,have tried a restart but still the same problems,please help!

Please download uninstaller and installer to local first. Restart your OS to make sure that no hidden process bother your uninstaller and installer process.

This isn't normal protocol but it should be shortcut to make uninstall/install work.
