I have a big problem since i cant play STAD other than in safe mode and suspect that Flash player is the problem. I have checked all the troubleshooting steps and i have the latest version, i can see the cloud and it is enabled and i have un-ticked Active x. When i try and playing on Explorer it just stands stomping on the pre loading screen where i can see server name and server time. If i try on Chrome it says it cant read the plug in programme.

This is very confusing since according to all the troubleshooting flash should work as it used to to.

Hi janh90065376,

could you please try Firefox or Opera and see if the problem exists there, too?
While it could be a problem with the Flash Player, there could also be a problem with the Game itself or with the Browser. That being said, doing a complete re-install of the Flash Player and/or the Browser might help.
