Steven Lash - Flash Player not working on my Laptop

Hello, My name is Steven Lash. I have been using laptop for last 5 years, I have faced a problem on my flash player. My Adobe Flash player is not working properly in Windows 8 system,It crashes again and again while playing online videos. Give me a suggestion regarding this.?
