Still get Flash Player crashing messages while using Firefox

I have Windows 10, Firefox version 47.0 and I downloaded/installed Flash Player, but I still get crashing messages!  I also noticed that Adobe shows that I have Windows 8, which is incorrect since I updated my browser over a month ago.  No problems with Flash Player when I operate Internet Explorer 11.  Please help ASAP!  Thank you in advance!

    Okay, I have the following (as before):

    Windows 10,

    Firefox 47.0,(As a matter of fact, here are the Firefox 47.0 details:"Mozilla Firefox Yahoo! Editionyahoo - 1.26Firefox is up to date

    These crash dumps represent a generic class of problem where communication has hung between Firefox and Flash. 

    There may have been a subtle change in timing hat's making this more prevalent on your machine, but the heart of the issue is a fundamental inefficiency related to the lack of native plug-in sandboxing on 32-bit Firefox.  We retrofitted modern sandboxing to Firefox by bolting in a sandbox on our side of the interface, but it creates a multiple of the inter-process communication that would otherwise exist, and the result is that messages sometimes disappear or arrive in the wrong order.

    Moving to the 64-bit version of Firefox generally resolves this, plus it delivers significantly better security through the virtue of using a sparse address space, and leave significantly more memory available to the browser.  From what I've observed, even without Flash, it's much more stable than 32-bit Firefox on Win8 and higher.

    Hi Kratika,

    I'm pretty sure that I downloaded/installed the latest version of Flash Player (I think it's version 22.0), as I downloaded/installed it this morning (6/18).

    Here's one screenshot of what I'm constantly getting:

    And if not the above, I get the following at the near-top of most screens:

    If you haven't rebooted since the issue started, I'd do that first.  We don't make you exit Flash Player during an upgrade, but that can mean that the old copy of Flash that's in memory is still running, and things can occasionally get weird.  It's the cost of convenience.  Rebooting the machine should rule that out as a possibility.  I'd also recommend checking to make sure that the latest Firefox is installed.

    If that doesn't help, go to about:crashes in Firefox, and you should see a list of crash reports.  If you click on one (or better, right-click and choose Open in New Tab) the name of the link will change to start with "bp-".  If you can submit a couple, and then just post the report ids (bp-xxxxxxxx), I can usually take a look crash dump and just tell you what's causing the hang or crash.
