still receiving flash player emails from ADOBE

I clicked on stop emails notification in the upper righthand box.

Then,in the lower lefthand of the page,I clicked NO to each one,then clicked on save,which is suppose to stop ALL Adobe notifications including emails.

I am still receiving emails & wish you could help me stop this.
