Stop hourly FlashPlayer update attempts

Mac OSX - FlashPlayer has been updated to most current version yet will continue to interrupt all other processes hourly to request update.  Please help.  Thanks!

Hi,


Please do the following:

  • Launch System Preferences
  • Click on the Flash Player item
  • When Flash Player Settings Manager displays, navigate to the Updates tab
  • Take, and post, a screenshot of the Updates tab
