Stopped working

After last update on my computer the flash player stopped working. I have followed all the steps in the troubleshooting, but it still does'nt work. When I test it, it says Flashplayer is currently disabled. But it is'nt.....grrrr

Normally the site has to agree to run Flash, and you can check if that site is on the allowed list.

That being said:

Adobe Flash's latest version 32 is not apparently compatible with Firefox on Windows 10.

I get white screen, as though it is trying to refresh and caught in an infinite loop before redrawing.

The desktop is still visible when I am not in full screen, but all of the Firefox window is white.

The X to close is not visible, nor any of the tabs that are normally.

 

I've spent most of the past 14+ hours trying to fix this issue, then contacted Adobe.

They say they will have an answer for me in 2-24 hours.
