Strange flash player

Question

Tried to download Flash Player and from the adobe link. I expected a 17mb file and got a 1mb file from this link "http://aihdownload.adobe.com/bin/live/install_flashplayer12x32_mssd_aaa_aih.exe"

I did not install the downloaded file because it does not look right. I have some problem with current flashplayer 12.0r0 that somehow crashes on lots of pages, only have that problem when use a mobile net.

There are two types of installers;The "stub" installers which come from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/And the FULL installers Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)The stub installer is 1mb (approx) and it downloads the rest of the file. It also downloads "biundled software" like McAfee Security Scan or Googel Chrome, which most people don't want.The FULL installer is 18mb and contains only the Flash Player Plugin installer.
