Stream performance increased when deactivating flash

Hi, having some issues since bit more then a week.

Streams (e.g. twitch, netflix) stutter and dropping a lot of frames, even with 10secs+ buffer and mobile quality.

Looks like every other second the stream is stuck .5secs.

I tried several browsers (edge, chrome, firefox) and reinstalls, same issue, drivers are up to date.

Hardware is a trekstor wintron 10.1 tablet with 2Gb Ram, intel z3735f.

Connection is 16Mbit cable and 300mbps wifi

I had no issues at all till last week.

Funny point, deactivating flash in edge lets me stream with no lags, but misses all twitch settings and gets stuck at navigating in videos sometimes.

In chrome nothing happens anymore after deactivation

.Well and youtube hd goes fine too...

i am totally confused whats going on here.

Any suggestions?
