Streamed Videos won't play after Loading

Hi guys. So, I have this problem.
When I play a video, I wait for some time to load it. When I come back to play it, I can't click any part of the video whether that be play, full screen button or just any part of the video. Basically, it wastes all my streamed waiting time since I can't play the video at all.

Youtube videos are fine. Any other videos are having this problem. I have to delete cookies, cached images and download history to fix it but it's a temporary fix because after successfully watching my first video (after deleting cache and cookies), it goes back to the same problem. I can't click any part of the streamed video.

I tried googling but I can't find the right keyword. I've been having this problem for 2 days. My flash player version is the latest: 15.0.0.189? (if I'm not mistaken).

I also tried playing a video in incognito mode but it's still the same problem (if the information helps).

I don't know if this really is a flash problem but it could be one of the culprits.

Anyone know how to fix this? Please help, it's very frustrating.

      Correct answer

      Go to control panel , programs and features and remove Adobe flash player. Now try playing a video as default player thru windows.

      I also had this problem that on specific hours, I play a video, give time to load it up, when I come back to play it, it resets the video back to no streamed data (basically, wastes all the loading time I did for that video). This is true to all videos except youtube.

      The solution you gave me fixed both my original problem and this one. So, I guess the  problem was the flash player. Thanks.
