Stuttering problems on playing back music after latest Flashplayer DL

Hi all,

Since downloading the latest Flashplayer 11.3.300.262 my music playback from all sources,not only Youtube stutters and slows.My ISP usage hasn't been slowed and I've tried all the help topics to no avail.

Here's hoping someone can help!
