Successful Install on Win 7, IE 11. Still get message that I need Flash Player

Question

I have successfully installed, uninstalled and reinstalled Flash Player 20.  However, when I try to view videos, I still get a message that I need to install the Flash Player.

Hi,Please ensure Flash Player is enabled in the browser and that ActiveX Filtering is not enabled. See:Enabling Flash Player in Internet Explorer‌ or Enable Flash Player for Internet ExplorerActiveX Filtering in Internet Explorer‌--Maria
