Successfully installed FP for Windows 10 but still can't play Vonage vm messages

I installed FP for Windows 10 successfully (that's what the installer said) but I still can't play my Vonage VM - it says Adobe FP needs to be installed. And I can't find it anywhere on my computer.

See https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html to enable Flash in the various browsers.  If you're updated Edge to the new Chromium-based Edge, use the 'Enable Flash in Chrome' instructions.


If after doing this you're still not prompted to Allow Flash, it's a content issue and the browser can't detect the content requires Flash to prompt you to Allow Flash.
