SWF File won't play online

Good Morning,

So far I've tried literally everything I can think of and have had zero luck. When I run my HTML with the SWF embedded on my desktop it works perfectly and everything plays...... but when I finally uploaded it to my website to make it live the video doesn't play it just sits there...... here is the link;
