We are having serious performance issues of Flash player on Windows Terminal servers  - all questions to this effect found on this forums are unanswered, not addressed at all.

Terrible......what is the point of support forums if no Adobe people actually attend to issues which are problematic.... at least to inform you that they acknowledged it...

It is unfortunate that the only Adobe staffer that was frequently seen here has left Adobe.

What you can do is follow his frequent advice here, to open a support case with Adobe.

The forum, unfortunately, has become a place where people come not to seek help, but just to whine and complain, and forum regulars such as myself have mostly stopped coming here at all.

It isn't too hard to do a Google search and find out that Adobe Systems is having financial difficulties, continually firing employees, and ignoring its products.  The solution for you is to contact any website that uses Adobe Flash Player and advise the website that you'll no longer be able to visit and/or makes any purchases, as the website is using a very defective product from Adobe Systems.

The more people that contact websites using the extremely defective Adobe Flash Player, the sooner that Adobe Flash Player will be banished from most reputable websites.
