Text input fields don't work in Safari browser for Mac and Win. No input is possible only in Safari.

I see a post with the same issue was in 2014. Since 2014 it was not fixed or it's a new bug?

Flash version is 22.0.0.209.

Safari version is 5.1.4.

Hi,

Flash Player 22.0.0.209 was released on July 12, 2016.  The latest versions of Flash Player are 25.0.0.148 for Windows (all browsers) and Mac PPAPI (Chromium-based browsers) and 25.0.0.163 for Mac NPAPI (Safari/Firefox).  Please update to the latest version of Flash Player.  If you still experience the same issues with the latest versions, please file a bug at https://tracker.adobe.com and include a basic sample app/code, or a direct link to content, that reproduces the behavior.

Hi Maria,

I updated Flash to 25.0.0.148 and Safari to 5.1.7. It's still impossible to type anything in Text Input fields.

I've created a case in Tracker

Thank you,

Denis

Hi,

Thank you. What OS X version is this on?  In your bug record you have Safari 5.1.7 and Windows 10, however, Flash Player isn't supported on Safari on Windows.  On Mac, Flash is only supported on the latest versions of Safari on OS X 10.9 and later.  Please see Tech specs | Adobe Flash Player  for the supported operating systems and browsers.
