The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed

I use Firefox 35.0.1, I can't load some flash content in some website like Tech,TechCrunch - The latest technology news and information on startups,Tech Tricks,I got the this error: "The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed. Reload the page to try again.".I reload the page,it doesn't works. Do I need to update Adobe flash? Thanks.

You should always run the latest available version of Firefox and Flash Player. 

If after updating you're still running into the issue, please do the following:

Go to about:crashes

For the first few links, click each one to submit it.

Each link will open a new page.  Copy the URL from the resulting crash result page and post it into a reply here.  You don't need to wait for each report to finish processing, just copy the address and then go back and click the next link.
