The error message I keep getting is "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player.

I have Windows Vista & IE 9.  I am able to get signed into mixbook.com, but cannot edit to add pictures or embellishments. The error message I keep getting is "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. I have been in contact with my ISP tech help desk.  They remoted into my PC to determne that my JavaScript is enabled and I have Adobe Flash Player 19 ActiveX installed.  Any thoughts?
