The flash player installer does not start

  • Operating system version:  Windows 7 32bit
  • Web browser and version  Firefox 34.0
  • A brief explanation of the problem, including exact error messages received

    When I try to start the installer it doesn't start visually. It  Meaning, it appears for several seconds as a process in the Task manager, but it closes after a few seconds.The windows prompts me if the program can make adjustments to my hard drive and I accept it.
    If I try to run it twice, in the short time window when it`s visible in the Task manager, there`s an error message that the installer is running.

    Please, if you have a suggestion why this is happening, share it with me.

    I apologize if there`s such topic available but I was not able to find it.

Hi jigi,

Are you using the online installer (about 1.2 MB file size)?  If so, please try the offline installer, posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page, in the 'Still having problems' section.  There are three different files and you'll want the one(s) that corresponds with the browser(s) you're using.

I went to your site and download it and  it dose not install the box is blank task manager show its running but it not so what do I do now..
