the hyperlink in HTML does not work

there are two files created after publishing, one is html file and the other is swf file. when i click the hyperlink in the html file, it cannot go to a new html file.

besides, flash player is not used in Win10 but dotplayer is used. what is this dotplayer? please advise. thanks
