    Hello Donecek

Like the one who ask for answers about shockwave plug in crashs and bugs, i have those troubles for years. The problems is with the plugin and not with with the navigator set-ups as you mentioned in your messages. I already done many times those ways to follow and the plug in is still crashing as i just buy a new PC Lenovo few days ago. So It is to Adobe to work on solutions about they products, it doesn't make much senses to say the same things over and over! as to reset, as to disabling, etc. I can see that this is not the way!

This is solution for Chrome and it works perfectly and 100% for me....

Thanks for posting in the Chrome forum and sorry you're having difficulties. Can you please confirm that you are on the latest version of Chrome and on the latest version of Flash---right-click on Flash content and select “About Adobe Flash” or visit this link. Then, try these steps:

    • Go to chrome://plugins and check “Always Allowed” under the Flash plugin (this is Chrome's built-in flash plugin, Pepperflash)
    • If you have more than one Flash plugin installed, please disable one version by going to  chrome://plugins, click on “Details” in the upper right corner, and “disable” under one of the two Flash plugins
    • Load the content in Incognito mode (menu>new Incognito tab) to see if there is any improvement
    • Try to reset your Chrome browser settings
    • If that doesn't work, try disabling Pepper flash (built-in plugin) and enabling the standalone version of Adobe Flash.
    • Try turning off the hardware acceleration. Menu > Settings > go to Advanced Settings and look under 'System' for the options below, and uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available."

jean-michelp50831344 Thank you very much for comment as I agree with you completely and we can just try to push the Adobe company to have woken up and to do something...

I have to update my comment to tell that my problem at one a specific website where the Adobe plugin was crashed every 3 minutes is solved up by myself when I used just by chance an available pop up site which is independent to the main website so that it didn't interact each other...

I would love to provide the screen shot of the crash messages but it's displayed in the Czech language.... but anyway it says and it has been appeared more than usual that the Adobe Shockwave player doesn't respond and all on the screen has been frozen...and it does means at all of the browsers like the Mozilla, Chrome....

I think that there must be a problem at the scripting....
