the little 'adobe flash' box in the middle of the vid?

ok, when looking at vid clips, mostly on news sites, i get the little adobe box in the middle asking me to 'accept' or 'deny' the vids cookies or whatever. i click 'accept' and the little box does not go away. it stays right in the middle of the clip i'm trying to watch. so how the heck do i get rid of that little adobe box so i can watch the clip? tia

here is a link. i hope it works. on my screen there is a little box in the middle that says 'adobe flash player settings'. inside the box it says 'local storage'. under that it says 'allow abcnews-a.akamaihd.net to store information on your computer'. the boxes at the bottom ask me to 'allow' or 'deny'. next to them there is a pic of a file folder with a green arrow pointing down into the folder. no matter what i click, allow, deny, the file folder pic, right click, etc. nothing happens and the box does not go away. in my global player settings i have the box checked asking for a prompt before allowing sites to save information on my computer. i'm assuming this is the prompt, but it does not respond to anything inside that box that i check.
