The new apple update for my macbook pri 2015 doesn't work?

1. The operating system on your Mac. For example, 10.9.17. If you don't know how to find out, please let us know.

2. The browser you are using.

3. The source of the update (please copy and paste the web address where you found the update). This is critical as there are many fake pages.

4. What EXACTLY happens when you try and use the update. Please include any messages in full but please DO NOT EMAIL PICTURES as they will be removed before we see them.
