The problem during installation Flash Player

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Could you please share Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log from the machine. Please go through Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows? page to get the log locations. Please share/upload the logs and post a link of the uploaded files here. How to share a document​ would come handy to know how to share the logs.
