The problem with video

Hello, I have a problem in the use of Adobe Flash Player. When I watch videos from any browser on the computer in full-screen mode, the brightness of it after a while begins to decrease, but it is restored to its original state when you exit full-screen mode. It's very annoying. I realized that this problem is not with the browser, so I write to you. Please help me fix this problem.
