Third-party distributors of Flash: How can we know if they are legitimate?

I just got a pop-up that says "The new version of "Flash Player" is ready to download," with a Download" link but no Adobe branding.  How can I know that this is not some malicious operator?  Here is the message below the Download link:

ineedmgfiles.com is distributing an install manager that will manage the installation of your selected software. In addition to managing the installation of your selected software, this install manager will make recommendations for additional free software that you may be interested in. Additional software may include toolbars, browser add-ons, game applications, anti-virus applications and other types of applications. You are not required to install any additional software to receive your selected software. You can completely remove the program at any time in Windows 'Add/Remove Programs'. At the time of downloading you accept the conditions of use and privacy policies stated by ineedmgfiles.com.

Thanks for posting this on here and questioning it before doing anything.  This is indeed malicious as Adobe does not provide Flash Player to any third party installer company.  Do you have a link, other than ineedmgfiles.com?  I attempted to navigate to that site, but it's not found.

In the future, you can report these directly to phishing@adobe.com.  It's best to include a screenshot and URL of the site (if one is available).

In general, if it didn't come directly from the software vendor, don't trust it.  If you do encounter a Flash Player upgrade notification, go directly to our site and download it.  Don't click through on the links, etc.  Just open a new window/tab, go here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and get the latest copy.  If the software you're using still doesn't like it, reach out to the related vendor for support.

Here's the link on the "Download" button:
