It sounds like you need a level of support that isn't practical via these user to user forums.  Our recommendation at this point would be to either reach out to the technical support available from the company that made your laptop, or visit a local computer technician that can provide you with face to face support.

I'm going to lock this thread, so that you stop getting emailed with additional well-intentioned replies that seem to be bothering you.

    Best of luck!

Hi Ok on my little Chrome 55 I found A list which included simply flash and an un-ticked box next to it which I ticked and hopefully that is all I needed to do in the first place so I think that is all there is to it, if not I'll be back, thanks for your help

in recent versions of google chrome, open the Settings window, click on "show advanced settings", scroll down to the Privacy section click on the "Content settings" button, scroll down to the Flash section and choose "Allow sites to run flash" option and click Done to save settings.  of course, that option will make Chrome automatically run flash on any web site.

    In the browser, type chrome://plugins

Find Adobe Flash Player in the list

    Check "Always Allow To Run"

If that doesn't solve it, let me know.

I do not understand any of the tech talk that you use when you send me a message, either use language that a normal person can understand or never contact me again
