Yeah, you'll want to produce client albums that use JavaScript and HTML instead of Flash.

It's going to really depend on what your photography workflow looks like, but current versions of Adobe Lightroom allow you to easily export client albums (in addition to being a great solution for bath adjustments, retouching and large-scale library organization).

Adobe Portfolio is free with a paid Creative Cloud Plan.  And best of all, it integrates seamlessly with Lightroom albums as well as Behance -- another popular venue for photographers.

Portfolio is mobile-friendly & uses modern web technologies, no Flash.  Simple to use, includes free hosting on Adobe's servers.  You can have a new site up & running in 20-30 minutes, no coding skills required.  See links below.

There is no tool to use instead. You must re-make your web site completely using different technology.

What tool did you use to make your client albums? Maybe it has an updated version which already does this.

I wonder, don't your clients complain that their albums don't work on phones or tablets? That's one of many reasons why Flash is going away.
