Tried all the Flash Player fixes.....

I use FireFox, though none of my browsers will load my games. I have the same  message over and over to download Flash Player. I have Windows7 Professional. I have even tried downloading an  older version of Flash Player, I have disabled the hardware accelerator, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and none of my games will load and I cannot download movies, even when I switch to Chrome or IE. Please help
