Trouble downloading Flash Player for Mac OSX 10.3.9

As odd as it is frustrating.  I have tried downloading Flash Player onto my PowerMac G-5 on several occasions, always giving up.  I have tried using Safari, Explorer, & Mozilla.  Adobe prompts me to choose my operating system.  When I do, sometimes I won't even get a "continue" button and on the times I do see the button, clicking on it does nothing.   I'm stumped.  Maybe worth mentioning that the cut-off between system versions is between  10.3 and 10.4.  My versopn is higher than one and lower than the other.  I've selected both from the dropdown menu and had 0 luck with either.  Is there maybe some setting on my browsers I need to adjust?  Thanks in advance.

I have G4 iBook running on 10.3.9 and I am having the same problem.  The Installer opens but the Adobe Flash 9 package never appears on my desktop for me to download.  Have you found anything out about this?

I was able to download it by downloading the Opera browser and using it.  Still not sure everything is mounted correctly but it was progress.  But I can't use Opera or Safari to reply to this post- never got the field where I could type.  Had to use Mozilla to type this reply.
