I keep getting this message while trying to embed a video in my PDF:

To view the flash technology content in this PDF file, please install this version of Flash Player that supports Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat.

Any suggestions?

    Hi @Daddy Work,

Flash Player is EOL. Here is the announcement:

    https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html

I DO NOT recommend embedding multi-media content into PDF files at this time. Even if you succeed, nobody will be able to view the content.

See this discussion from the Acrobat forum.
