Trouble playing swf file added to website

I'm not sure which forum is the best to ask this question.  I am building a website using DW CS5.  I created a SWF file using Flash and it works great.  I imported the swf file onto my web page and I get the following error message:

Adobe Flash has stopped a potentially unsafe operation.

The following local application on your computer or network:

x:\Stasik_Family_Website\Scripts\expressInstall.swf

is trying to communicate with this Internet-enabled location:

fpdownload.macromedia.com

To let this application communication with the Internet, click Settings.  You must restart the application after changing the settings.

The message then allows me to either click cancel or settings.  When I click settings, there are several tabs and options.

How exactly do I resolve this issue?

Thanks....this is probably a very stupid question....where do I access the global settings?  Is this a setting in my browser?  In dreamweaver?

Did you click on the link that I posted?  That is the Global Settings Manager.
