Troubles of installing Flash Player

  When i opened the Internet Explore to see a video, I was told that there was no Flash Player on it thought I hadn't done anything before! 

At the same time, Shockwave Flash Object was well enabled, ActiveX... was all ok,too. Then, following the installing steps, I couldn't download yet. How to solve this problem? Please.
