Trying to get it to work

I am trying to do my math homework and the flash player on WebAssign isn't working. I have made sure that it is turned on in the settings and even run a system check but it will still not work. The website says I need Flash Player version 10 or above and there is a link that is supposed to take me to the place to download, but it just goes to Adobe home page. Any ideas of what I can do?

    Hi,

By default most of the browsers disable Flash. Users need to go and enable the same in order to use Flash Player on varying browsers and websites. See the following for information on enabling Flash in the browser:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/install-flash-player-windows.html

    For different browsers:

If the above links are not helpful, please provide following information:

    • browser, including version
    • direct link to content exhibiting the behaviour.

Try using some other link with Flash Content to see if issue is specific to some content you are trying to view or not. For the same you refer to "Verify whether Flash Player is installed" section on Flash Player Help  page.

    Thanks!
