Trying to install flash 11 it says that mscms.dll is missing?

Hello,

Im trying to install Flash 11

win7

64bit

admin

virus off

it says that mscms.dll is mising.  I have looked in the sys32 folder and it is there?

Any ideas?

Try to download the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_header and save it to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.

didnt work

ran sfc/scannow and this is what i got, but dont know what it means

Looks like you have a problem with some Windows components; not sure what more I can do to help.

If I had the same problem on one of my computers, I would opt for a Windows Repair Install.
