Trying to use flash player but am being told to update. Already updated today, still won't work.Using WIN XP PRO 32bit

I am running WIN XP PRO SP 3.0 32 bit on a desktop

I am signed in to a site trying to use Flash Player to do a 'virtual'  tour of a house.

I am being told that I need to update to the latest version, but I already up[dated this earlier today.

Tried to do it again, but Adobe process would not let me.

Can someone tell me what to do next please?

Forgive me, I am old!! And very confused!
