tv.adobe.com

Hi There:

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum or not, but hopefully someone will redirect me.  I've always enjoyed Julieanne Kost's tutorial videos (and also some of the others) on tv.adobe.com, but lately if I navigate to one of them all I see is a black screen.  Now, if I go to YouTube.com and pull up a Julieanne Kost video it plays fine, so it's something specific to Adobe.  I tried reinstalling the latest Flash Player, but that had no effect.  I don't have Real Player installed (I did once but I uninstalled it a while back).  My default browser is Firefox 23.0.1 but I also tried opening a video in IE 10.0.9200.16660/ Update version 10.0.8 and it was the same.  Windows 8, 64-bit, Flash Player 11.8.800.94  Now, in IE I get a message saying that IE has blocked content with security certificate errors, but if I click 'show content' it doesn't change anything.

I've checked the Firefox plugins and IE Plugins and also Windows Task Manager, and Flash Player is activated.

Any suggestions?

Mike.

"black screen" could mean an outdated graphics driver, although you would expect Windows 8 to have the latest drivers.

Nevertheless, worth checking it: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/945765

Thanks, but no, the graphics driver is up to date...
