Unable to access Distribution Location to download Flash Player 21.0.0.172 to address Security Vulnerability APSB16-08

Hi Team,

It's indeed bad timing to have the distribution location taken down, and we are not able to download Flash Player 21.0.0.172 to address Security Vulnerability APSB16-08.

We are still waiting for Adobe for the re-approval of the distribution license, in lieu of addressing the security vulnerability.

Kindly assist, or provide an independent link to download the patch for us first.
