unable to activate flash player

Hi,

I've been trying to enable flash player on Microsoft edge and chrome on my desktop but it's still not working.  I've followed the instruction on the adobe website (change the setting etc).

It says I have the latest version of flash but why I can't enable it?

    Thanks for posting the screenshot.  As the Allow Flash content for a website instructions on the page state, click on the puzzle piece on the right side of the address field to display the flyout Adobe Flash content was blocked.  In the flyout, click Allow once to run Flash on the page.  This functionality is controlled by the browser, and Edge no longer has an 'Always allow' Flash option.
