Unable to apply for Adobe Flash Player distribution rights (Error Message)

My contract ended the other day so I went to re-apply for Adobe Flash distribution rights once again and after I fill out the normal form and hit submit I am getting an error page. Help!

Hmm, the very last renewal. It should still work, my suggestion (until someone comes with more expertise) is to try a different borwser.
