Unable to Apply to Distribute Flash Player - Webpage Down?

I'm trying to apply for the Flash Player distribution license and the webpage (http://www.adobe.com/go/fp_apply_dist) just times out. I've tried a couple browsers on my PC at work and on my iPhone as well, but it just times out. Is there an issue with that page or server? And is anyone looking into it?

    I have a distribution license and was provided a link starting with https://distribute.adobe.com.    This is also the same link that directs one to apply for a distribution license on Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe.  Any chance anyone is going to fix this?

    If you have a current valid distribution license, you should be able to access the Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe page to download the files.
