Unable to authenticate

System: Windows 10

Browser: Brave Browser

Hi there,

I am experiecing a confusing error while attempting to view flash in Brave Browser.

For example, I am attempting to watch CNBC Live via www.nbc.com/live/cnbc. I have Flash as well as pop-ups / redirects enabled for this.

After I authenticate my TV provider, the screen continues to stay black (empty). However, there is text saying "adobe-pass-x.xx.x.x-xxxxxxx," with the "x"s actually being an alphanumeric string. 

I assume there is something going wrong with a token here, but not sure how to troubleshoot. Any advice would be appreciated!
