  • Operating system version - Windows 7
  • Web browser and version - Firefox 45.3.0, Chrome 54.0.2840.59 m
  • Flash player - 23.0.0.185Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible -
    • After many hours of installing, reinstalling, updating, etc.  I finally got Flash to work in both Firefox and Chrome (no more black or white screen).  Now, I am in a video (training), and while I can pause and play the video, I cannot navigate through it.  There is no progress bar, and the right click rewind or forward do not work.  My only option is to start the video over.  Since it is over an hour, and randomly just STOPS working, I have been watching for about 1.5 hours, and am about 10 minutes into the presentation.  Settings is no help, and Global Settings freezes, I can't navigate to the other tabs, or close the one that opens, so I have to reload the page and start the presentation over - again.
  • A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem -
    • The page I am viewing is one that I had to download a 7z file for, and then extract to my harddrive.
  • If you get error messages, please quote them exactly, or provide a screenshot -
    • There is no error message...just nothing happens.
    • "Navigation bar" -
    • Right click that does nothing -
