Unable to download

I am using Windows 7, 32 bit with the 10.3.181.26 version of Flash Player. The browser is Windows 8.0.7600.16. The computer shows Flash Player loaded in the program box in the control panel, but Flash Player is not working and if I try to uninstall Flash Player, I get the following message:

Unable to download uninstall from uninstall.flash.player.exe from download.macromedia.com

I have enabled the ActiveX scripts, java scripts, check 32 bit vs. 64 bit.

Anyone have any solutions?

Can you be a little bit more specific what you mean by "not working"?  Also, are you using the 32-bit Internet Explorer?

You can download the uninstaller from the link in http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
