Unable to download Flash - expired certificate adobesync.beringmedia.com

Windows 7/IE 11 Adobe Flash Download fails.  Anti-virus (Bitdefender) reports: iexplore.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an expired certificate to adobesync.beringmedia.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since web pages must renew their certificates with a certification authority to stay current, and outdated security certificates represent a risk.

From where (what website) are you downloading Flash Player from that returned this error?

What is the name of the install file that is downloaded?

Right-click on the file you downloaded and select Properties

When the Properties window displays, click on the Digital Signatures tab

In the Digital Signature tab, what is the name of the signer?

post a screenshot of the Digital Certificate tab.

I started at:

No file was downloaded; the download fails about 10% of the way.

I will check on a few things and then update this.
