Unable to download Flash Player 11

When trying to instal lash Player 11 I get the following message " the user does not have sufficient privillages to install Adobe Flash Player" I have no idea why this is happening. This is my personal Lap top. Can you please explain. I am unable to see almost any video now.

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by clicking one of the following links.

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

It won't go through a download manager and you should be able to install it.

Hi, unfortunately I then get the message, could not be written due to insufficent permission. I have checked my system and I am the administrator and there are no other accounts on it.

Right-click on the downloaded installers and select 'Run as Administrator'.
