unable to download Flash Player from distribution site for Mac OS X (Intel) NPAPI or PPAPI

Hi, 

I am unable to download flash player from the distribution site for Mac OS X (Intel) NPAPI or PPAPI. I click on the download link for system administrators as I would normally do, but nothing happens. No download ever occurs.
