Unable to hear audio on PC

All of a sudden I am no longer able to hear audio on such sites as YouTube.  My PC is one year old, using Windows 10 and have updated Chrome and Flash Player.

    YouTube hasn't used Flash Player for many years.  To troubleshoot audio in YouTube, see:
