Unable to Install Adobe Flash Player 10.3.183.7?

Problem Encountered: (1) Had been using it for quite long time untill lately could not open a web page called www.onemap.sg (2) the unopen page of onemap just showing "Loading" but not opening  (3)understood from onemap it could be due to Flash Player or Firewall in my note book.

Remedial Actions: (1) Uninstalled previous Adobe Flash version and installed version 10.3.183.7 (2) Unchecked ActiveX Filtering under Internet Option / Safety  (3) Did System Store to my notebook

Present Status: (1) Repeated several times and failed to successfully intall it. (2) The fialure message in the Adobe Flash Installation dialogue is Unable to Contact Trackers.

Seeking Advice:  (1) Apprecite anyone who had encountered same/ similar problem or know how and what I could do net to resolve this problem. Much Appreciated.

    Do you happen to be behind a network proxy?  I'm going to forward this along to our installer team but in the meantime can you download the Internet Explorer installer that I have linked in this FAQ?

    Where can I find direct downloads of Flash Player for Windows or Macintosh?
