Unable to install any ver of Flash Player

In trying to incorporate new external HD, by selecting and dragging the computer HD into that folder,  I didn't see any change in the availabe space

on the ext. HD. I clicked the icon and dragged it to the original venue, I was met with two successive gray screens, with a message to reboot.

Nothing helped but reloading the OS. Hours  later with every in Its place I tried to  watch videos on various sites. All required me

to install Flash Player. What ever ver was installed prior to the crash it was the latest.

I tried nearly every download available. When each didn't work I uninstalled it. Often I got the message the black box with the statement Get Flash Player for Power PC.

The iMac GS Model  Power Mac 8.1   OS X 10.4.11 Browsers Safari 3.0.4, Firefox 3.6.15

Prior to the disappearance of that program Adobe Flash Player worked very well since the initial installation and through all the upgrades. Please help me reinstall your program. Thank you.

    I do appreciate your consideration in this matter. I followed your directions and was met with the older obstacle. The inclusion of the image presented was not allowed.   ADOBE® Flash® Player cannot be installed.   Devices with Power PC Processors are no longer supported. Click below to download the latest version of Flash Player to Power PC.   Get Flash  Player to Power PC   QUIT (button).    When I did, I was directed back to archived  versions. I tried soem of those earlier. Please indicate the proper choice. Please, are there  any other options?     Thank  you.  Albert


    Hi 1Albert, Do I understand correctly that your Mac is NOT an Intel based processor? If so my understanding is that Flash Player version 10.1.53.64 should work for you. The Archived versions would have it. This is from one person. See info added below.

    I meant to add that on the Power Mac G5 OS 10.4.11 the Flash Player version 10.1.102.64 works.

    Hello,

    First uninstall Flash Player from your MAC using this uninstaller :

    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg

    Install the latest version of Flash Player from this installer :

    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_osx_ub.dmg

    Thank you for your considered response. I tried to access that site with both Safari and Firefox browsers.

    In either case the response was NOT FOUND.  Do you have any suggestion to reach that site. Albert.
